Blogging As A Hobby or A Business
So do you blog for business or as a hobby? In fact, do you need to choose? With the growing number of free blogging platforms out there, most folks run more than one blog. The great thing about the world of blogging is that absolutely anyone can do it. No particular skills are needed. If you can use your computer you can run a blog. And the extra benefit is that if you can run a blog, you can make money. You can bet your bottom dollar that if you are interested in something there are others out there with similar interests. And now you get to share your interests with the world instead of just the people in your town. Search engines love blogs because they are updated regularly. If you target your blog to a particular 'niche' you can easily reach the high search engine rankings assuming that you know what you are talking about of course! (although a lot of high ranking blogs seem to be able to get past this). So whatever your passion, whether it's your hobby or your business, blogging about it is a great way to get money for it. |
